Dr. Minerva Santos

Board certified internist practicing in Westchester since 1992. After graduating from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, I completed my residency in internal medicine and fellowship in pulmonary diseases at Lenox Hill Hospital. I hung up my shingle in 1992 and never looked back.

My practice is unique in that I blend traditional with alternative and preventative medicine to reduce your risk of disease. I believe that "wellness" encompasses the whole person; that being the mind, body and spirit. My motto is "looking good and feeling good from the inside out". I believe you cannot help a patient if you can't hear them. Each patient has a story to tell and we, as physicians need to learn to listen not just hear.

I completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona Medical School under Dr. Andrew Weil. I also am an associate professor at New York Medical College where I am a Teaching Professor for the first and second year medical students. I was the medical Director for Health & Wellness Department at Northern Westchester Hospital.

I hosted the cable TV's Your Health Today from 1996 to 2014. I interviewed local healthcare providers about current medical issues. Many shows can be seen on You Tube.

Named "Top Doctor" by Westchester Spotlight Magazine in 2003, Patients' Choice Award in 2009, 2010 and 2011 I remain passionate and committed to proving top-notch medical care in a warm comfortable environment.
